Hamtramck police rule out man’s connection to abduction of 2 women

Hamtramck police said this afternoon that they have ruled out a 34-year old Detroit man as having in connection to the abduction of two women who were reportedly taken from a Hamtramck home.
Andre Michael Todd-Douglas, 34, walked into the lobby of the Hamtramck Police station at 9:15 a.m. today with his father, saying he isn’t involved in any wrongdoing.
“I know he was home almost all night, so I don’t know what’s going on,” his father, Arthur Douglas said as police questioned his son.

Investigators need you help finding 19-year-old Abreeya Brown and her friend, 21-year-old Alicia Conway
Hamtramck Police are looking for two women who were kidnapped. Investigators need you help finding 19-year-old Abreeya Brown and her friend, 21-year-old Alicia Conway. Police say two men went to a home on the 2200 block of Andrus Street Tuesday night. According to the police, the men exchanged gunfire with the homeowner and then abducted the two women.
