In was a Thursday night at the People’s Services Center on Joseph Campu in the City of Hamtramck where a large number of Hamtramck residents, mostly of Yemeni American decent showed up to a meeting with the PTA (Parent Teacher Association) officers of Michigan. The meeting, the second for PTA in Michigan at Hamtramck was to establish a chapter for PTA at the city as well as chapters in the individual schools.
